Unless otherwise stated in a listing, KITTEN will make every effort to post items within 5 working days of purchase and the buyer will be notified with tracking information via email.
Please reach out to us via email or instagram DM if you would prefer to use a different carrier service than those listed at checkout - we are happy to work with your preference.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels, but please do reach out if there is any issue with postage and we will do our best to help.
